Back in 1995 Bill and Katie started making Badger Balm in the kitchen of their home with the support and help of their daughters Mia, Emily, and Rebecca. Now Bill is the CEO and Head Badger, Katie is the COO, Emily is the VP of Sales & Marketing, Rebecca is the VP of Innovation & Social Impact, and Mia is a Human Resources consultant. Emily has a little girl, Maya, who came to work as part of Badger’s Babies at Work program. We’ve not yet figured out what her future role in the company will be, but for now she continues to inspire us every day to make the safest and healthiest products we can.
A team of over 60 friendly “Badgers” formulate, manufacture, and ship all of our products from our facility in Gilsum, New Hampshire.
