Top Picks for Back to School

It’s that time again – time to go back to school!

Whether you’re a student, parent, teacher, or bus driver, we’ve got you covered. So here are our top five products to slip into backpack or briefcase as September rolls around.

Cheerful Mind Balm for Back to school

Cheerful Mind Balm – let’s face it: the beginning of school marks the end of summer. For many of us, this can be kind of a bummer. With this in mind, we recommend Cheerful Mind Balm. Consider this the breeze that chases those grumpy clouds away. The best part is that it can be applied anytime, as often as you want. So if at first you don’t feel cheered, try, try again! And sometimes we Badgers need to apply extra, too!

Focus Balm for Back to School

Focus Balm – after a summer of adventure and daydreaming, sometimes it takes a little extra effort to get focused and learn stuff when you head back to school. Focus Balm has ingredients like rosemary, which helps to promote concentration. And because it’s aromatherapy, you can reach for it anytime you’re hitting the books.

Lip Balms for Back to School

Lip Balm – don’t start the school year with chapped lips! Create an air of mystery with scent combinations like Lavender and Orange, Lime Rocket, and Vanilla Madagascar. Feeling fancy? Then why not reap the benefits of lip balm while adding a hint of color? So check out our fair trade Lip Tints and feel as good as you look.

Sleep Balm for back to schoolNight Night Balm for Back to School

Sleep Balm and/or Night-Night Balm – having trouble sleeping because of mind chatter? Sleep Balm to the rescue. Or perhaps you need some relaxing and uplifting aromatherapy after a long day? Try Night-Night Balm. (If you want to learn more check out this side by side comparison.)

Sore Muscle Rub for Back to School

Sore Muscle Rub – thinking this one is just for athletes? Think again! As a former band nerd, I can tell you that marching around with a brass instrument can build some serious muscle. So whether you’re working on your 3-point shot or your tuba posture, keep a tin of Sore Muscle Rub handy. (We also make a Sore Joint Rub and a Cooling Sore Muscle Rub too!)

  • I am no longer in school since I completed by BSN but I use Badger’s aroma therapeutic balms to help with work and every day stressors. I keep the Headache Soother, Focus and Cheerful Mind balm in my locker at work. Depending on how my mood is that day I can use whichever balm would help me the most. Also have the Sleep balm which I use everyday before night time on my hands and pulse points as well as rubbed under my nose. I think this bedtime ritual helps me relax and unwind and promotes a good sleep. Also doubles up as a great overnight hand balm. The great thing about these balms is that they don’t break me out no matter where I apply them. Sometimes I wish you would also offer a more liquid version similar consistency to the bug balm as a roll on or spray which may give even more intense aroma and soak in quicker.
Curious about trying the meditation or yoga balm as well as the sore muscle rub (on my wish list!) .
Would definitely be a great thing for kids and students to have in their backpacks. Especially Focus and Cheerful Mind would help with all the stressors and homework!

    • Wanted to clarify: I meant offering a similar consistency as your bug spray. Would be nice to have a spray on type or roll-on aromatherapy product.
Also forgot to mention that I also use a lot of your lip balms (Cocoa and regular version). My favorite is probably your therapeutic tea tree variety. Also love the Tinted lip balms and have them in three different colors!

        • Great that would be amazing!
Maybe those sprays could also be used as a body spray/fragrance/aroma therapy spray(Damaskus Rose or Sleep Balm would be marvelous as a body spray along with other scents which come in the balm versions!). Would be super exciting!
